Hi! I’m Shelby Dillon. I’ve been painting for 15 years. I also teach new and returning artists how to paint the image in their mind. And I can show you how to do it, too.
When I first started, it was a now-familiar struggle:
I’d see a beautiful ocean scene and its energy would fade under my brush, a gorgeous bird’s feathers would fall flat on my canvas, and streaming sunlight lost its glow when I painted it.
