Here's everything you need to know

Duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Online research for PR
  • Develop, plan and launch collection releases
  • Schedule email newsletters
  • Schedule and release ongoing educational content
  • Customer success advocate
  • Develop and  establish systems within the business
  • Organize and manage content, photos, files, etc. in DropBox & Google Drive
  •  Implement updates to platforms we use: Kajabi, ShowIt, Etsy, Shopify, etc.
  •  Create and manage content on Canva

Basic Qualifications:

  •  3+ years relevant work experience
  •   Demonstrated experience with all relevant online digital marketing platforms - social media channels, blog, newsletters, video, and website
  •   Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience communicating effectively
  •   Deep understanding of the online world and all social media platforms - Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook and YouTube
  •   Savvy with creating content in Canva (PDFS, IG stories, images, etc.)
  •   Highly proficient at multitasking: be able to manage multiple projects at once
  •   Able to take ownership over the role
  •   Passionate about being part of the Shelby Dillon Studio team!

Here's the Details: 

Must be available on the following days:      

Launches: We have 3 launches/year and the Assistant needs to be available to work extended hours during this time (Jan/April/Aug)

Hours:  20-30 hours/week virtually with possibility of full-time employment as the business grows.   We are flexible in terms of the schedule and can work with you as needed. 

Pay: $20-30/hr depending on experience

Shelby paints and designs in order to bring a moment of joy from the studio into your home for you to experience for years to come. Her art education platform is home to over 1,000 regular students and she has taught more than 20,000 students. She has had her artwork featured in Southern Lady Magazine, HGTV, SMP Living, and also had partnerships with brands like IKEA and Crate and Barrel Kids.
